Welcome to murmr. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Using murmr

You must be at least 13 years old to use murmr. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions

murmr offers a free tier with limited features and a paid subscription tier (“murmr Pro”) available monthly or annually.

• Pro subscriptions may include a free trial period. If not cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged according to the plan you selected.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s standard subscription terms.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple’s refund policies, not directly by murmr.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of everything you create in murmr — your tasks, journal entries, health logs, and any other content. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the app’s features (such as AI sorting and analysis).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use murmr for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the app or its backend services
• Use automated systems to access the app in a way that exceeds normal personal use
• Abuse the AI features in a way that violates OpenAI’s or Anthropic’s usage policies

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Health Information Disclaimer

The Health page, including fitness, nutrition, and cycle tracking features, is provided for personal informational and organizational purposes only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Cycle predictions are estimates based on your logged data and should not be relied upon as a sole method of contraception or fertility planning. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

murmr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated sorting and suggestions will always be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, murmr and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update the app and these terms over time. Continued use of murmr after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

You may stop using murmr and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
